The Versace Ceramics exhibit at Cersaie 2024 has presented several new ceramic tile surface designs for architecture and interior design applications inspired by Versace’s Neoclassical Palazzo at Via Gesù 12 in Milan.

The Versace Ceramics space in Hall 25, Booth A42-B45 at the international ceramics exhibition held in Bologna from September 23rd to 27th, features an elegant foyer tiled entirely with the collection’s Gemstone Onyx Sky which was featured in this year’s Versace Home showcase at Salone del Mobile, Milan Design Week, entitled Versace Home: If These Walls Could Talk, which invited visitors into the iconic stories of Versace’s original Milan home and design Atelier at Palazzo Versace, Via Gesù 12 in Milan, via a display of the latest Versace Home collection within the Palazzo’s rooms. New coffee tables featuring within the foyer are developed in collaboration with Luxury Living Group and are the first Versace Home furniture pieces to utilise Versace Ceramics within their design. The exhibition space opens into a series of rooms devoted to new themes of the Gemstone and Tarsia collections, and exclusive previews of the Leatherwood and V Stone collections.

The natural-looking Gemstone collection evokes the organic shapes and intense colors of onyx, quartzite, and semi-precious stones.

Tarsia is an original, opulent ceramic interpretation of the intricate geometric inlaid marble floors featuring within Palazzo Versace. The collection captures the aesthetics and nuances of a carefully selected assortment of rare marbles, quartzites and crystals.

Leatherwood combines the textures and aesthetic qualities of wood and leather, capturing the essence of both materials. This porcelain stoneware collection brings together the finest qualities of oak with those of leather, a material that is as much a signature of Versace fashion and home design as its iconic Medusa signifier. The challenge of replicating the look and feel of leather in ceramic was achieved through meticulous research and continual development of the potential of ceramic craftsmanship.

The V Stone collection evokes materials found within Palazzo Versace. This stone-effect porcelain tile collection is available in a palette of warm and contemporary colors, designed to seamlessly complement the Leatherwood series. The collection’s decorations skillfully blend stone and wood-effect ceramics, artfully recreating the timeless appeal of artisanal Milanese parquet floors.
